1. WHEN CAN I MOVE IN?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in anytime.
2. HOW MUCH NOTICE NEEDS TO BE GIVEN BEFORE I MOVE OUT?
We ask for a 10-day written notice before you move out.
3. WHAT TYPE OF DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE IN ORDER TO RENT A SPACE?
We require a government-issued ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
4. DO I NEED TO SIGN A LONG-TERM LEASE?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.
5. HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order to our mailing address (2317 South Main Street, Findlay), or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.
6. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Checks, money orders, cash, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Pay 1 year in advance and receive 13 months credit.
7. HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH STORAGE SPACE I WILL NEED?
8. DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN LOCK?
We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at the time of move-in; however, WE DO PROVIDE a special storage lock for you to use as part of your rental.
9. ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT I AM NOT ABLE TO STORE?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
10. WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?
By appointment only. Customers can access the unit entrances 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
